The discovery call, lasting 20-30 minutes, aims to understand your business, its current state, past and present marketing efforts, current business needs, and future goals. During this call, we focus on getting an overview of your business, assessing the effectiveness of current marketing efforts, identifying business needs and challenges, and discussing future goals and objectives.
2. Custom Solution Design
Within 24-48 hours, we analyze the information gathered during the discovery call to design a tailored digital marketing solution. This solution may include SEO, Paid Advertising (Google Ads, Social Media Ads), and Social Media Management, customized to meet your specific needs and objectives.
3. Presentation Meeting
The presentation meeting, which lasts 45 minutes to 1 hour, involves presenting the customized digital marketing solution. We provide a PDF document containing the current marketing analysis and supporting pages used during the presentation to outline the proposed solution. The purpose is to explain the specific value proposition for your business, discuss pricing, and outline potential outcomes.
4. Onboarding Interview
During the onboarding interview, which lasts about 1 hour, we gather detailed business information and product/service offerings. We identify Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success, understand your brand tone and identity for accurate representation, and obtain necessary access to your website and ad manager accounts for Google Ads and/or Social Media Ads if included in the solution.
5. Initial Setup and Research

7. Campaign Health Checks

8. Strategy Revision

9. Account Management
